Terms of Service Agreement

By booking and purchasing outreach services from Rebooked Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms:

1. Scope of Services

Rebooked Services provides structured client reactivation outreach on behalf of the Client. Services include contacting past customers, initiating outreach conversations, and coordinating appointment bookings based on the availability and instructions provided by the Client.

Outreach services are performed within scheduled outreach sessions selected by the Client. Depending on client list size and session duration, not all contacts may be reached within a single session.

A summary of outreach activity may be provided following the completion of each outreach session.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Rebooked Services provides professional outreach services but does not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to:

Appointment bookings

Customer response rates

Number of clients contacted

Revenue generated

Outreach results depend on factors including client list quality, business services, pricing, customer interest, and availability.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide accurate and lawful customer contact information

Confirm they have consent to contact all individuals submitted

Provide accurate availability for appointment scheduling

Provide any relevant instructions, promotions, or messaging preferences

Respond to any customer inquiries that require business-specific information

The Client is responsible for compliance with all applicable privacy and communication laws.

4. Session Duration & Client List Size

Outreach services are provided within scheduled session time blocks. Larger client lists may require multiple outreach sessions to contact all clients. Rebooked Services is not responsible for incomplete list coverage if the scheduled session time is insufficient for the size of the client list provided.

5. Data Handling & Confidentiality

All client-provided data and customer contact information will be handled confidentially and used solely for the purpose of performing agreed services. Rebooked Services does not share or distribute client data to third parties and will take reasonable measures to protect all information provided.

6. Payment & Deposits

Payment or required deposits must be made prior to the start of outreach sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Fees are non-refundable once an outreach session has begun. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to another session date with reasonable notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Rebooked Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from services provided. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific outreach session.

8. Independent Contractor

Rebooked Services operates as an independent contractor. Nothing in this agreement creates a partnership, employment relationship, or agency relationship.

Acceptance of Terms

By booking services and checking the agreement box, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.
